 I can not reach my Timeshift translation. It has disappeared from the list of Linux Mint translations at all since not long ago. Is there any special reason for that?

Linux Mint's translations administrators have hidden the template. That usually means it's obsolete or otherwise no longer useful to translate, but you'd have to ask them.
