Create ~xubuntu-website-admin (namespace blocked)

We need the team ~xubuntu-website-admin created per the thread on the Xubuntu-devel mailing list [1], but the namespace is blocked. Could we please have this team created?

You can set ~xubuntu-council as the owner and add myself as an administrator of the team (I'm the Xubuntu website lead and an administrator of ~xubuntu-website).
