New PGP key does not appear after 1 day

I am setting up a new machine for packaging. I submitted a PGP key to the Ubuntu key server and the MIT server yesterday and it still does not appear on the Ubuntu server and a I can't add it to launchpad.

Could you try submitting it to keyserver.ubuntu.com again? We've fixed an incorrect rewrite rule that was probably at least partly responsible for this.

the is now working seemingly, so the bug is no longer open.
