Please block spammers and delete their questions

Please add "FIFA World Cup" to the triggers for the spam removal bot.

shows more than a dozen of spam messages from two persons, which apparently slipped through the filters.

And https://launchpad.net/~clorkdikjwd is another candidate for blocking because of SPAM.
