Give ownership to accounts-sso projects to the ~accounts-sso team

Asked by Corentin Noël

Would it be possible to reassign all the signon-* and libaccounts* projects from https://launchpad.net/online-accounts to https://launchpad.net/~accounts-sso-devs which contains the team from https://gitlab.com/accounts-sso

I'm open to discussion as I know that it used to be a hard dependency of Ubuntu and is still on mobile devices.
Thanks

Historically, the Signon Daemon and libaccounts-glib was used in the framework of Ubuntu Online Accounts in Unity.
As Ubuntu replaced Unity with GNOME, UOA got replaced by GNOME Online Accounts which uses none of the above library.

The ~accounts-sso group should contain all the developers of the Accounts-SSO framework (previously known as Ubuntu Online Accounts here). For instance the actual users of this framework are KDE, elementary and Tizen on which the developer can be added on-demand if required.

It also seems that this project is abandoned on Ubuntu side as many links still point to Google Code which is now long superseded by GitLab.
We are adding a CI in GitLab and I'm using a daily PPA for elementary inclusion.
