Where's the duplicate mark of a blueprint?

At https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad-foundations/+spec/project-wiki , Karl Fogel said that he marked that blueprint as a duplicate, rather than using the superseding thing.

But I can't see either of these marks, there is no such text like in a bug saying "Duplicate of Blueprint #123456", or am I missing something?
