Please delete opensc and opensc-team

I handed opensc off to new developers many years ago, and they only use github. Thus please delete the outdated and deprecated project on launchpad and the "opensc-team" and whatever other artifacts might be around.

OpenSC is still being packaged by debian, and ubuntu imports those packages unchanged, as far as I know. Lets not touch that part.
