Got an error trying to purchase a voucher for the commercial subscription

I'm trying to buy a voucher and keep getting an error on the corresponding web page. The effect is persistent, please find an error message below:

Sorry about the OOPS. Don't worry about the renewal in this case - we'll be sending an email out soon about some changes, and that will be before your renewal date. (I'm just waiting to get the email text approved.)

You should have received email about this a little while back, and your subscriptions have been extended.
