Spammy user: Malicious/Disruptive bug actions

The following user is being very disruptive with modifications to bug statuses/assignments: https://launchpad.net/~farhn

Malicious/disruptive bugs they've edited are as follows:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apache2/+bug/1077434 (observed by rbasak)
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apache2/+bug/1232469 (also observed by rbasak)
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apache2/+bug/1324062 (twice, observed by myself).

I specifically reverted the initial changes on 1324062, but the individual mentioned has gone back and once again made a disruptive/malicious change to the assignemnt and status.

Please treat the user as a spammer/malicious actor and remove their access to bugs (or subsequently destroy the account if possible).
