Change id to one from closed account

Hi, I used to have an account with launch pad with the id linuxsailortech but I closed it some time ago.

I now have another account and would like to use the same name for it, however, launchpad tells me that it is already taken.
I wish to use this id as it is one that I use across many other sites.

Roughly when did you create and deactivate the old account?

I created the account on roghly the 3rd of April and closed it probably within two weeks. I think.
