Unclear Notification: A new OAuth token consumer was enabled in Launchpad

I'm not sure what this email notification means? I may have triggered it, or not? I'm unsure based on info provided

Investigating further, I found I've been triggering this.

However, if the notification email contained more context (the application or url that triggered the notification) I would have recognized why I received the email.
