Is this repeatable (i.e. do you see the same error message when issuing the command again - except for a different temp file name)

Which operating system (and version) are you using?
e.g. what is the output of the commands

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 9DA4BD18B9A06DE3
