Launchpad Custom Fields

What is the process to add custom fields in any Launchpad Project with commercial subscription (Juniper Openstack)
Who will do the development and maintain them?
Does anyone have to approve the UI?
I would like to create drop downs fields.

What sort of custom fields are you talking about? In general we don't have project-specific UI - any custom facilities would need to be designed such that they can be general.

The fields will be specific to additional details on bug information and SIRT issues
