Enable arm64 builds on ppa:zulip/ppa

As a follow-up to https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/271836, we've received a request to support the arm64 architecture; can we get builds for that architecture enabled as well? Thanks!

That question is quite old, and you can do this yourself now. Go to https://launchpad.net/~zulip/+archive/ubuntu/ppa, select "Change details", and you'll see a list of checkboxes.
