Sorry for taking ages to deal with this - I had to work out the procedure. I've put the files in https://people.canonical.com/~cjwatson/tmp/dhis2/ for you. They're quite large, so I'd like to not leave them there indefinitely; could you please download them and let me know once you've done so so that I can remove my copies? Thanks.
