Builds hanging in queue

I've had my builds in these two ppas waiting in the build queue for hours now (10h for the first one):

Is there some kind of outage going on again, or just an unusual amount of high-priority packages?

Our build farm is rather under capacity at the moment due to in-progress Spectre mitigation, so it's particularly sensitive to partial outages which break a subset of builders, which seems to have happened at some point yesterday. I reset the relevant builders and they seem to have come back happily enough, and at least some of your builds have been dispatched now.
