PPA storage limit increase request

Good day,

I'm tinkering with an experimental kernel / xorg / mesa driver stack on Ubuntu LTS at https://launchpad.net/~kisak/+archive/ubuntu/steamvr with the objective of testing in development patches related to SteamVR.

While I'm able to work with 2GB, it's not possible to do a full rebuild, retain multiple kernel builds, or consider adding another release target. Separately, kernel debug symbols are particularly costly at ~600MB per kernel build.
