spam in private bug

Hello, https://bugs.launchpad.net/unetbootin/+bug/1328771 has many spam comments. This bug was made private out of desperation by users.

Is it worth reporting these in the future?

Can you at least subscribe Launchpad staff to it so that we can do something about it? At the moment we can't see it either.
