how do i change "marked as best answer" ?

i want to unmark an answer as "best answer" and mark another answer as "best answer"

Last I knew, you can just select another best answer.

I looked into it a little more.

It appears that if a question is reopened, the user that was marked as solving the problem is reset. This should allow you to select a new person as the person that answered the question.
