PPA Mirror of Ubuntuzilla

I am requesting launchpad setup a ppa mirror of the long standing ubuntuzilla repository...

PPA mirrors don't exist. Somebody would need to create a PPA with some appropriate name, upload the appropriate source packages to it, and have them built in Launchpad.

I read on launchpad that all you have to do is ask the launchpad team to create a ppa mirror of a repository

Where exactly did you read this? I've never heard of such a facility and have no idea how we would go about doing it.
