User is unable to login (receives OOPS)

A launchpad user opened a support case that they are unable to login

The information they provided
> From any launchpad page, such as https://launchpad.net/redshift,when I try to log it, it gives me a "Personal Data Request" page, on which my full name and email address appear on a form with with checkboxes, both boxes checked but both diabled such that I cannot change them; when I click the button that says "Yes, log me in" it gived me an Oops! page saying "Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad. We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience. (Error ID: OOPS-b805ae6f895200b9aab1687673e74aca)"

The OOPS information contains the information for the user in question. If you are able to look into this and update me so that I can further advise the user, that would be great! Thanks.
