Why is there six months old spam in the FAQ?

The FAQ (https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad-project/+faqs) lists "questions" like this at the very top: https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+faq/2901

It's apparently more than half a year old. Is there no protection against abuse?

We put a lot of behind-the-scenes effort into abuse prevention, but sometimes things slip through the net. I've removed the offending FAQs and dealt with the user account in question; thanks for the note.
