How do I get a filtered RSS feed for my project's +bugs page?

Asked by Dominic Evans

I would like an RSS feed generated from an advanced search query on bugs.launchpad.net. The use case for this is to have a feed people can subscribe to that lets them know when fixes for bugs are released, ordered by date of last update.

i.e.,

https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/gwibber/+bugs?orderby=-date_last_updated&field.status%3Alist=FIXRELEASED&field.omit_dupes=on

This could then be fed into say twitterfeed for publication to twitter/identi.ca

Is this currently possible today, or do I need to convert this question into a wishlist bug?

This would be a wishlist item - but that's what subscribing to bugs and email alerts are for.

Opened bug 354479 to track the wishlist request as personally think this would be preferable to blanket email alerts and general bug subscriptions.
