Change username from alextarkhov to agtuks

You can do this yourself, but you'll need to delete your PPA first.

If you need to keep the contents of the PPA, you can follow this procedure:

 * create a temporary team
 * create a temporary PPA for that team
 * go to https://launchpad.net/~alextarkhov/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/+copy-packages and copy everything to that temporary PPA, selecting the "Copy existing binaries" option
 * go to the "View package details" view of the temporary PPA and wait for everything to publish (green ticks under "Build status")
 * delete https://launchpad.net/~alextarkhov/+archive/ubuntu/ppa
 * rename your account on https://launchpad.net/~/+edit
 * create a new PPA owned by your newly-renamed account
 * go to the "Copy packages" view of the temporary PPA and copy everything to your new PPA, selecting the "Copy existing binaries" option
 * go to the "View package details" view of your new PPA and wait for everything to publish (green ticks under "Build status")
 * delete the temporary PPA
