user "stagenex (stage-nexvision) " spams again

hi,

this user reported exactly one bug in 2009
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/duplicity/+bug/385495

and is doing nothing but spamming duplicity project's answer/bug system since then. would you mind disabling this account for platform misusage?
manually hiding those advert comments every time seems pointless as the account does not seem to stop.
