Spam in Questions for Ubuntu

Within the last couple hours, a number of link spam posts have appeared at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu. The ones I've seen so far are posted by https://launchpad.net/~toolsforbusiness45 (which appears to be a deleted account, but the spam posts are still there) and https://launchpad.net/~toolsforbusinesss, though I expect more user accounts may be created to continue the spam.
