The account posting that crap may have posted more: https://launchpad.net/~kumartv

I closed the issue as invalid, and updated the title / description to remove the spam.

Which I am also scrubbing title and description, and closing invalid. However, other spam users have added comments which I cannot remove.

I also marked those other issues as "Private Security" to make them harder to find / update.

ISTM we need a new "Spam" visibility (parallel to "Public", "Private") and an easier way to report spamming users (maybe marking an issue as "Spam" visibility would automatically deduct karma and trigger an investigation?)

I've cleaned it all up, thanks for the reports.

In future, please just report the spam users here. Don't attempt to clean them up yourself, as it creates noise and makes it much harder for us to train the antispam systems on the few things they miss.
