Please increase PPA size for Kubuntu Applications staging ppa

I have hit that PPA's size limit for the 2nd time in the past few weeks. 1st doing a rebuild of our archive upload staging packages against new cmake 3.9, and now one against GCC7.

I'm aware that the PPA used space will drop back down to reasonably within limits once the LP janitor removes superseded binaries, but in the meantime I am unable to upload fixes to the PPA.

So considering that it exceeded the space by I think something like 0.5-2 GB, then I would request a suitable modest increase to cope with the short-lived effects of a rebuild like this.
