<email address hidden> doesn't exist so I cannot merge that account, I wrote <email address hidden> instead of <email address hidden> in the libmsn changelog and the new account was created

Ehm no, there is a problem, the account that should exist is https://launchpad.net/~d.filoni and not https://launchpad.net/~dfiloni . d.filoni seems to be removed from launchpad now while dfiloni should be...
