Increase size of ppa:named-data/ppa and ppa:named-data/ppa-dev to 5 GB

These two PPA repositories contain packages related to software forwarder for the Named Data Networking architecture. We would appreciate if you can increase sizes to 5GiB for each.

I tried to cleanup the project, but space seems to be used by the build logs that I cannot request to delete. Is there a way to cleanup repository, otherwise I will need to ask you the same question to increase size of the repository in the future.
