merge an automatically created user with a team

I'd like to set <email address hidden> as contact address for the team ~ubuntu-it-sistemisti, but launchpad automatically created an user with that email when I uploaded a package to a PPA with that address as Maintainer, user named ~gruppo-sistemisti.

Could the latter user be removed, so I can set the email address to the team, or something equivalent? :)
