Spam in comments of bug #331675

The user https://bugs.launchpad.net/~ulischroeder/ has been posting spam comments on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-common/+bug/331675 for a few months now, could you block this please?

The ticket itself should probably be closed anyway, it has been reported in 2009 and the last legitimate comment was in 2011.
