Burmese Plural form needs update

Hello,
   I am co-ordinating the Ubuntu localization into Burmese. When attempting to translate Gnome-related templates, we receive a message that plural form information is needed.

   The Unicode consortium has already specified plural form rules for Burmese:
   http://www.unicode.org/cldr/data/charts/supplemental/language_plural_rules.html

   In plain English: "any quantity is represented with the same form; there are no plural forms". I've posted this question to the Burmese community and received confirmation. Although "myar" can be used to enforce plurality, its use is stylistic (sort of like "many" in English).

   I have read FAQ 254, but I'm not sure how to post a rule about zero plural forms. I guess:
   0
   ...is the general rule.

   Please update plural information for Burmese in Launchpad, so that we can continue to translate applications which use this. Thanks!

Thanks for this information, I updated the entry accordingly. Actually, the number of plural forms is "1", although I admit that this term is confusing because it includes the singular which is always present.

Another thing: If you use Launchpad to translate GONME templates, please coordinate with the GNOME community and provide your translations back to them (using Launhpad's export feature). Here is information about that community: http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/JoiningTranslation

Same applies for other projects that have translation efforts elsewhere.

Thanks for the update; yeah, "1" plural form makes sense (kind of).

Thanks for the link ---I was actually wondering what to do if there were two different sources of translation work. A lot of our members prefer a web interface, but I'll keep on top of exporting strings back once progress has been made.
