Unable to login to this account from any other browser

I'm unable to login to this account, other than using a browser with an historically logged in session, or receive password reset emails on this account (the Ubuntu One interface states that the email address in question I have assigned is not registered to a launchpad account), and sends a new account registration email.

Sounds like you must have deleted your account on the Ubuntu One login system at some point without first deleting your Launchpad account. The (somewhat clunky) way to deal with this would be to create a new account on the login site, then attempt to use it to log into Launchpad; this will generate an OOPS ID, and if you send that to us (either here if you can, or you can email it to me at <email address hidden> if you get locked out in the process) then we can merge the two accounts for you.
