Increase quota for ppa:ethereum/ethereum

We are hitting our limit for ppa:ethereum/ethereum, could you please increase the quota?
On the other hand, a similar archive for the development snapshots - ppa:ethereum/ethereum - only takes 200 MB. I was not able to tell which of the packages in ppa:ethereum/ethereum takes all that space.

I've increased your quota, though you were only using 1GiB of the 2GiB you had before.

Yes, I was able to delete some packages, but I think it wouldn't have lasted long. Thanks a lot!
