spam comments in bug 1131757 (again, again)

Bug 1131757 was cleaned up for us under https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/608648 and again under https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/616616 but there is a new spam comment from the same user :-(

Of all the bugs in our project, the only one which is getting spam is just this bug, just from this user. Is there really no way to block it?
