Please rename ubuntu/ubuntume-artwork projects to sabily/sabily-artwork

Due to trademark issues, the distro. name changed from Ubuntu Muslim Edition to Sabily. Hence some of the projects under Sabily project needs to be renamed:
ubuntume-artwork -> sabily-artwork
ubuntume -> sabily

These have all been renamed.
Still working on the mailling list one (requested elsewhere). That is going to require a few more hoops because of the attached mailling list.
