Link to external translation platforms

does not seem to have a way of getting around the problem of having pressing "translations" on launchpad state: "Launchpad does not know where * translates its messages."
if those are hosted elsewhere. Some projects don't use Rosetta, which means finding out what they do use proves cumbersome.

Proposed fix; a field to supply link to where translations are hosted. Maybe that is possible already?
