Account merges

Can you please merge the gafton and gaftonc accounts. I do not know what account/email address was used for automatically creating the gafton account, but if it is an email from a previous workplace, I no longer have access to it.

Ideally I would like to keep the gafton account - when registering to launchpad I have been forced to chose the new gaftonc account because gafton already existed. I would like to use the <email address hidden> email for the resulting merged account.
