spam against bugs in the nova project

The user account https://launchpad.net/~asdupamsdkdhy has created a stack of spam bugs in the nova project. For example: https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1682618

Presumably they need to be shut down. Looks like they created the account with the express purpose to spam.
