Hello,

Sometimes ubuntu servers are maintained so probably you tried t access something at that time. Try again later. If the problem persist than write a bug.

i native kazakh language user (kk), and i want join kazakh team (kk_KZ) if
it exist.

I took a quick look at:

and apparently the kazakh translation team doesn't exist.
