PPA's size llimit

Hi,
Yesterday, I received an e-mail from Matthew Revell of Canonical regarding PPA's size limit. I'm very new to Launchpad as just start this job last month so not really aware of PPA's size limit. What is contain within the PPA? E-mail? If yes, how do I removed these e-mail as I have archive these e-mail on my hard drive? If not, how do I get access to it so I can clean it out? Or you can clean it out as I really don't need anything in my PPA.
