spam comments in bug

Hi; multiple spam comments in this bug (all from the same user, whose original bug report was legit but whose later contributions are all spam):

I've removed the spam messages.

At this time I'm reluctant to suspend the user's account, because they're likely an innocent party with a spammer forging their From address. We're discussing some approaches for dealing with this that are less blunt than suspending accounts.

Can you help with this problem?
