What is wrong in this po file?

I uploaded this file http://launchpadlibrarian.net/22539211/pt-BR.po and recive a mail with error, but I do msgfmt -cv file.po and does not have problem.

The full mail:

On 2009-02-12 01:21+0000 (4 hours 17 minutes ago), you uploaded a file
with Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) translations for helpcontent2-guide-
swriter in Ubuntu Jaunty package "openoffice.org" to Launchpad.

We were unable to import the file because of errors in its format:
