Why is date missing from (some) launchpad emails?

Several recently sent emails (eg. the one I've received today about PPA's size limit) miss Date header. Is there any particular reason for missing this?

I think this is just a buglet in our mass mailer script. Usually the delivering MTA will add that if it's missing, but really the script should add it. This is an internal script; I'll fix it.
