Remove branch import as the project is now hosted in Launchpad

I'd like to get lp:~vcs-imports/oship/trunk removed since this project
has now moved to a Launchpad hosted project.

While trying to delete the branch, we encountered a know bug. We'll work on it and delete the branch when the bug has been fixed.
