Please remove revu-uploaders

In an evil attempt to drop the average of members in a Launchpad team, I'm requesting the revu-uploaders team to be deleted. Oh, and you can also drop ubuntu-dev-without-bugmail when you're at it :).

[Both teams are unnecessary, revu-uploaders has been obsoleted by the use of OpenID on REVU and the later one wasw never used].

Nevermind, we have just found a new use for revu-uploaders.

ubuntu-dev-without-bugmail can still be removed, though.
