Hello,

In order to get the live cd you must register yourself to ubuntu Shipit CD service in order to get free absolutely free cd's from ubuntu.
In order to do this go to https://shipit.ubuntu.com/ and register yourself.

Note that cd's arrive between 4 - 6 weeks.
