Re-publish libtest-perl-critic-perl in jaunty

The arch:all deb for libtest-perl-critic-perl is missing in the archive although it build successfully [1]. Only the source is available.
From looking at the package history, my guess is that it got eaten by LP because of bug 180218 as the package got moved from universe to main and back to universe in short time [2]. For the package itself LP shows only "Superseded" entries [3].
This already happened in intrepid so jaunty got also only the source. As the package is only used in Build-Depends it should be enough to get the package back into jaunty.

Right, good decision.

I don't think it would be a good practice to resurrect a intrepid binary in jaunty anyway. It's simpler and clearer to simply upload a higher source version to jaunty and discuss the intrepid SRU.
