merge account without access to old email address

The account leonard-michlmayr has been created automatically with the old email address <email address hidden>. I don't have access to this email address anymore as the server has been deactivated. I use <email address hidden> now. By the way, as far as I know, I am the only person in the world—now and any time in past—with the name "Leonard Michlmayr".

Please merge the accounts into leonard-michlmayr. Up to know, there are not many links to my PPA and I will be able to fix them to point to the new account name.
